You may exchange a product you are dissatisfied with for a new one or return it for a refund
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating a reason within 14 days of the product delivery date; pursuant to Article 77, Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, you are liable for any diminished value of the purchased product resulting from the handling* of said product.
You may exchange a product you are dissatisfied with for a new one or return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product at your address.
To exercise your right to unilaterally terminate this contract, you must notify us of your decision to terminate the contract before the deadline expires via an unequivocal statement sent by mail to the address Vijci Kranjec, Ulica grada Vukovara 3, 10 000 Zagreb, or by email to prigovor@vijci.com, stating your full name, address, and telephone number or email address; you may also use the attached sample form for unilateral contract termination.
We will send you confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral contract termination by email without delay.
The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from on the day when the goods that are the subject of the contract were handed over to you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier.
If you unilaterally terminate this Agreement, we will refund the money we received from you, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day we received your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract, unless you chose another type of delivery that is not the cheapest standard delivery that we offered, the refund will be made in the same way as you did. payment.
The refund will be made in the same way you made the payment. In the event that you agree to another way of returning the paid amount, you do not bear any costs in relation to the return. We can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned to us or after you have provided us with proof that you sent the goods back to us.
Return the goods or hand them over to us at the Complaints Department at the address: Vijci Kranjec, Ulica grada Vukovara 3, 10 000 Zagreb, without undue delay, and in any case no later than within 14 days from the day you sent us your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract. You are deemed to have fulfilled your obligation on time if you send or hand over the goods to us, or to a person authorized by us to receive the goods, before the aforementioned deadline expires.
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, in accordance with Art. 77, Para. 2.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling* of the goods, other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
*Handling/use of the product is considered to be, for example: for bags – carrying items; for small accessories – placing personal items inside the products. Handling the product diminishes the product's value.
