If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused and unaltered item within 14 days of receipt (at your own expense). The purchased item must be returned undamaged, with all original tags and labels attached.

Upon receipt of your return package, the item will be inspected for any damage. The item must be returned with all original labels. Items in any other condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Refunds for returned packages will be processed within 14 days to the account used for the original purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. As we are not liable for items sent to us in error, we recommend using a courier service that insures return packages and provides proof of delivery. For non-defective goods, refunds are not available; only product exchanges are permitted.
