Galvanized threaded rod DIN 976-1 (DIN 975) – 1 m

Galvanized threaded rod DIN 976-1 with a length of 1 meter (1000 mm) is a universal connecting element with a metric thread along the entire length. It is made of steel of strength class 4.8 and is electro-galvanized, providing protection against corrosion in dry and indoor environments.

Thanks to the thread along the entire length, the 1 m threaded rod can be easily shortened to the required length. It is a practical solution for connections where a standard bolt is not long enough. It is used in assembly, construction, installation work, fabrication of supports and various suspension systems.

When selecting, the threaded rod size must be matched with the appropriate nut, washer and other connecting elements.

Recommended additional accessories

For correct installation of the galvanized threaded rod, we recommend using appropriate connecting accessories:

• hexagon nuts DIN 934,
• washers DIN 125,
• coupling nuts DIN 6334 for joining or extending threaded rods.

The size of the nut and washer must match the thread size of the threaded rod. For example, for an M10 threaded rod use an M10 nut and a corresponding M10 washer.
