ERGO crimping pliers are developed for professional and process-safe crimping of various electrical connectors. Thanks to the ratchet mechanism with forced locking, the tool only opens once the crimping process is fully completed — which guarantees consistently high joint quality with every use.
The special feature of this tool is the adjustable crimping force via eccentric adjustment, allowing precise adaptation to each application. The Multi Change System enables quick and easy module replacement without additional tools. Three pairs of high-quality steel modules are included in the delivery:

MC4 connectors: cross-sections 2.5 / 4 / 6 mm? (AWG 14–10)
Insulated ferrules: 0.25–6 mm? (AWG 24–10)
Insulated cable terminals: 0.5–6 mm? (AWG 22–10)

The modules are stored in the supplied plastic box, protected from dust. Ergonomic two-component handles ensure a secure grip and comfortable operation even during prolonged use. The handles have integrated loops for attaching a safety lanyard.
